2006-07 Palm Desert Condo
This is 2 BR/2 BA turnkey furnished condo I refurbished after leasing it. It's 2 miles above the center of Palm Desert where our Mall stores, hi-end El Paseo shops, and 99-Cents Store are all located. When the Broker first showed it to me, the shades were drawn so I didn't notice all the damage probably left by previous tenants. Although it could still use updating, patching, painting and replacements, it's vintage 1970's appeal and wrap- around mountain and desert views are enjoyed from the private rear patio from 2 miles up a mountain's lower elevation. Twenty-foot high clear story windows let the moon and stars shine in by night and the sun by day. Baby jackrabbits come to the door to say hello in the morning and elude the coyotes by night.
