Decluttering Project
I leased another Sun City home, which, like the previous one, was also for sale, and I agreed to show it to prospective buyers during my occupancy. However, the 1045 square foot home so over-stuffed with the absentee owner's furniture that it was difficult to walk through. The ‘one-and-a-half-car’ garage held more stored furnishings and a golf cart, with no room to park even my compact Mustang. The kitchen cabinets and closets were also filled to capacity. but with the help of the leasing/selling agent, truckloads of large and small items were moved out to a storage facility and I staged the remainder so that it was at all times ready to show on short notice.
